Karl Alston is the founder of Sense of Ease Meditation and brings over 18 years of personal meditation practice to his teaching.

His approach is grounded, practical, and focused on helping people experience a genuine sense of calm, clarity, and ease in their everyday lives. Over the past five years, Karl has undertaken structured training under meditation teacher Stephen Procter, deepening his understanding of how to guide others in a safe, accessible, and supportive way.

Karl’s teaching style is gentle and down-to-earth, with an emphasis on simplicity and ease rather than complexity or theory. He creates a calm and welcoming environment where participants feel comfortable to engage at their own pace, regardless of prior experience.
